Refund Policy

All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please send an email to prettysoles01@gmail.com regarding issue (i.e. wrong size or color). Please include order number in the subject of the email. Shipping cost for returns are NOT paid for by Pretty Soles. Refunds are only given in the form of a gift card or exchange

Pre-order items can NOT be refunded once ordered with the vendor. We strive to complete pre-orders within 2 weeks but sometimes it can take up to 4-6 weeks. Please allow time to fulfill orders. Once you get the item if it doesn't fit..etc exchanges can be made. No refunds before receiving item. For any further clarification please feel free to chat with us or email us.
